Taking things further.

Often, it’s hard to get enough sleep. I’m here to help with the following instructions…

If not amped:

1. Eat some fruits and nuts while jamming to your favorite song.
2. Drink a MODERATE amount of chocolate milk
3. Brush your teeth and floss!
4. Flex and make your favorite lion face
5. Tell yourself out loud: “I am awesome.” (do not skip this step)
6. Sit at your computer and write for 15 minutes about all the stuff you did today (optional)

Now you are amped, but how are you supposed to sleep?

1. Get in bed and lay on your back
2. Take three (3) deep breaths
3. Imagine everything your worried about (girls, school, partying, etc.) being packed into a bubble above your head
4. Now visualize that bubble running down your body, getting smaller as it goes, and gone at your toes
5. Relaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
6. Imagine comfortably cool metal (the substance, not Steve Vai) being poured on your feet
7. As it runs up your feet, you sink in and through your bed
8. When it touches your head, you’ll be fast asleep
